     We have collected approximately 325 patents pertaining to airbrushes. The following pages highlight some of the more important and unique patents. A NOTE ABOUT PATENTS:

Abner Peelers 1882 Patent  - The first airbrush.

Liberty Walkup's 1883 Patent - Peeler and Walkup improve the original.

Walkup's 1884 Patent - Two important features  improve the design.
